These terms cover get4agent.com, its API and its MCP server, operated by Regent Protocol. They add to the Regent Protocol Terms of Use, which also apply, including their sections on liability, governing law and disputes. If the two differ on something specific to get4agent, these terms apply to it.
The free utilities
- The utilities (IIN/BIN and IBAN validation, LEI lookup, exchange rates, weather, parcel tracking) are free and provided as they are, without warranty.
- Several answers come from public sources we do not control. Check them against the original source before you rely on them for a legal, financial or compliance decision.
- We may change, limit or remove a utility, and we rate-limit heavy use.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to look up people without a lawful reason.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
- Do not resell access to the utilities as your own service.
Listings and purchases
- Each listing is offered by its seller, who is responsible for what it delivers. We check a seller’s identity through Regent before a listing shows as verified.
- Purchases happen on get4agent.com. Each one is decided by Regent against the budget the buyer’s owner approved, before any money moves, and leaves a signed receipt.
- The MCP server finds and describes listings; it does not buy anything.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
