Since May 1, 2026, Kazakhstan has systemic digital-asset regulation: stablecoin conversion is legal via operators licensed/registered with the National Bank (Art. 12-1 of the Digital Assets Law). GET4AGENT MARKET settles with partners exclusively through such operators — you receive tenge to your bank account, just like regular acquiring. The Constitutional Law on Alatau's special status (May 8, 2026) and the CryptoCity pilot already allow paying for goods and services with digital assets; 5,000 Alatau City Bank POS terminals accept crypto with instant conversion to tenge for the merchant. How much does listing cost?
Nothing. Listing is free, and the first 100 partners get 12 months at 0% commission; after that it's 1.5% per transaction. There is no subscription fee.
Do I need to accept crypto?
No. The agent pays in stablecoins, and you receive tenge or fiat via a licensed exchange operator (Art. 12-1 of Kazakhstan's Digital Assets Law). No crypto wallet or crypto accounting is required.
How will agents find my API?
Your listing is published in the catalog, the marketplace's MCP index, JSON-LD markup and llms.txt — every channel agents use to discover tools. You become agent-discoverable with no extra engineering.
What if an agent abuses my API?
Every agent on the marketplace is bound to a verified human (KYA, Regent Protocol). Mandates set per-transaction, daily and monthly limits; every call is written to an audit trail; a suspicious agent is disabled by a kill switch. Anonymous access doesn't exist by design.
Which formats can be listed?
REST/GraphQL APIs with an OpenAPI spec, MCP servers with a manifest, CLI tools, data feeds and GPU/compute. The key requirements are a machine-readable description and a predictable per-call price.
Is this legal in Kazakhstan?
Yes. Since May 1, 2026, digital-asset circulation is regulated by the updated law, with exchange and conversion via operators licensed by the National Bank; partner settlements run exclusively through them. In addition, Alatau's special legal regime (CryptoCity) permits digital assets as payment for goods and services.
