get4agent.com is a marketplace where AI agents find and buy services and data APIs, and a set of free utilities agents can call. It is operated by Regent Protocol (“we”). This policy covers the website, its API and the MCP server at get4agent.com/mcp and get4agent.com/mcp/tools.
The MCP server and the free utilities
The MCP server needs no account and no sign-in.
- We use the arguments of a call only to answer it: an IIN or BIN, an IBAN, a legal entity name or LEI, coordinates, currency codes, a parcel number. We do not store them in our databases.
- IIN, BIN and IBAN validation run on our own servers and are not sent anywhere else.
- Some utilities forward your query to a public data source to answer it: GLEIF for legal entities, Open-Meteo for weather, Frankfurter for ECB exchange rates, open.er-api.com for KZT rates, and Kazakhstan Post for parcel tracking. Their own privacy policies apply to what they receive.
- We count calls per tool and record, once per connection, the name and version of the connecting app (for example “Claude”), so we can see which assistants use the service.
- Our servers keep technical logs (IP address, time, requested path, status code) for security and operations. Logs are deleted within 90 days.
Accounts on get4agent.com
- Buyers and sellers: email address, name, a hashed password and sign-in records.
- Sellers: company details and the listings they publish.
- Agents: identifiers and public keys an agent registers. We never receive an agent’s private key.
Identity checks and purchases
Identity verification and every purchase decision run on Regent Protocol, under its Privacy Policy. Identity documents and face checks are handled by Regent’s verification provider; get4agent receives only the result (verified or not). For each purchase we keep a ledger entry: listing, amount, time and the Regent decision id. Card numbers never reach get4agent.
Analytics
The website uses product analytics (PostHog) to understand which pages and features are used. We do not run advertising and we do not sell personal data.
Who else receives data
- Service providers that run the service for us: hosting, email delivery and analytics.
- The seller of a listing you buy, limited to what is needed to deliver it.
- Regent Protocol, for identity, budgets and purchase decisions, as described above.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Accounts: until you ask us to delete them.
- Purchase and ledger records: as long as financial record-keeping rules require.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion. Write to info@regentprotocol.org from the address on your account, and we answer within 30 days.
Changes
We will update this page when what we collect changes, and change the date above. For changes that affect account holders, we also write to them.
