  providers. Agents pay per call ($0.01–0.10 typical), settlement in KZT/fiat via
  licensed operators (KZ digital-assets law 2026, Art. 12-1). 0% marketplace fee for
  the first 100 partners (12 months), then 1.5%. Onboarding: application →
  OpenAPI/MCP manifest → live in 15 minutes (self-serve wizard). KYA verification protects
  providers from abuse (mandates, limits, kill switch).
